therapy
I am currently accepting individual, couples, and family clients, in-person and online. Together, we will help you grow introspectively and interpersonally. If you think I may be a good fit for your therapeutic goals, please reach out!
Sessions with me are a creative and collaborative conversation leading to growth introspectively and interpersonally. It can look like slowing down, getting curious about ourselves, our relationships, the systems that we live in, and exploring thoughts and feelings that arise here and now in the session. We might talk, question, breathe, move, meditate, laugh, and cry together.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist (LP), my approach to therapy is experiential, relational, and systemic. This means I see you as a whole person in a web of context and culture. I weave together techniques from AEDP, EFT, somatic therapy, psychodrama, and yogic philosophy, depending on what best serves you.
Aside from being a therapist, I am a yoga teacher, professional photographer, and co-founder of a social justice sorority rooted in mentorship. I enjoy being a proud cat mom, salsa dancer, and someone who values deep friendships, creativity, and joy. I bring my whole curious, warm, and attentive self into therapy, and I invite you to do the same!
