therapy
Clients describe me as active, direct, and non-judgmental with a calming presence. In sessions, we explore your experience as a whole human. In our work together, we will get curious about your inner world, your relationships, and the greater systems you are a part of. Much of the deep work happens experientially and in the present moment: meditating, moving, making art, talking to a pillow, sitting with emotions, drawing connections, and more. Together, we will help you grow introspectively and interpersonally.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist (LP), I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups. My approach is experiential, relational, and systemic. This means I see you as a whole person in a web of context and culture. I weave together techniques from AEDP, EFT, somatic therapy, psychodrama, creative arts therapy, and yogic philosophy, tailoring the process to YOU.

Aside from being a therapist, I am a yoga teacher, professional photographer, and co-founder of a social justice sorority rooted in mentorship. I enjoy being a cat mom, salsa dancer, and someone who values deep friendships, creativity, and joy. I bring my whole curious, creative, and attentive self into therapy, and I invite you to do the same!
